The closest I got to it was 5:14 and that was years ago.
I'm glad that my training plan has helped with your own plan. Note, though, that I've now scaled back the second macro block, as it proved too much of a jump adding the strength/speed work without reducing the distance. What I'm currently doing is two week-day 1.5-2.0 hour hill-work sessions, one week-day 2-3 hour endurance-pace ride (which will increase) and a 45 minute recovery ride. Long rides are for the weekend:- a longer endurance-pace ride on Saturday and a 4 hour bunch-ride on Sunday. We'll see how it goes :-) Andrewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15940211773376097258noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24428827828396378.post-8770809912069364732013-07-24T22:57:00.926-07:002013-07-24T22:57:00.926-07:00Good luck with your training plan and thanks for s...Good luck with your training plan and thanks for sharing it.

I'm a novice rider of 3-years, now 45 and training to go sub5 hours for taupo. Your blog has helped me formulate my own training plan.

Good luck with the extreme enduro. It must ply havoc with your mental state on occasions. All the bestAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
